Seller advertized one brand (Liberway) of hitch tightener but sent a different brand (Retrue HT001). I contacted them about it and I didn't get what I ordered and is all the would say is that it was delivered. I could have bought the one they sent for $5-$6. cheaper on Amazon which is where they got it from. They did not offer any type of resolution. I would not do business with this seller again. The picture below is the item they sent. It is not the same item depicted in their add.

I was looking for barn door latch and found this thing as advertised. The item as shown in the photo looks big, but it arrived like thumb-size useless thing, and at $9+. At the very least, the actual size of the item should have been indicated to avoid buyers from being misled. I would give this seller zero star, but one star is the lowest I can give.
